This feature employs different types of sensors to monitor your, breath pattern, heart rate, and wrist movement while you are sleeping. If the sensor monitors any type of disorder or gets any abnormal reading, it will directly warn and alert you.
In my personal opinion, this is one of the best features installed in the new Apple Watch, as this feature can inform you before having a severe attack.
Customizable Exercise Rings: Apple Watch is also offering a Customizable ring feature, this feature will enable you to modify your Activity Rings to fit rest days, making it easier to measure activity without feeling obligated to fulfill daily targets every day.
